Eric LeGrand overcame a paralyzing spinal cord injury to become an iconic representative of the Scarlet Knights known for his courage and perseverance, as well as an inspiration to athletes and people around the world. He will be inducted into the Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni on April 23.

George C. Hill leaves behind a remarkable legacy as a world-renowned microbiologist and educator whose lifelong journey of excellence includes a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University–Camden. He and his twin brother generously supported their alma mater, which awarded them full scholarships in the late 1950s, by establishing the Hill Family Center for College Access at Rutgers–Camden.

Donald Clark Hero

Rutgers Law School alumnus Donald Cameron Clark Jr. has won landmark court cases, established the Chicago Magic Lounge, produced plays and a film, and authored a book. The next stop on his fantastic life journey is induction into the Rutgers Hall of Distinguished Alumni on April 24.
