Calling all volunteers – Intern for a Day (IFaD) Applications Are Now Open!

Applications are officially open for Career Exploration and Success at Rutgers University–New Brunswick Intern for a Day (IFaD) program, and this year, two sessions will be offered: Spring 2026 and Summer 2026!

IFaD is a single- or multi-day career exploration experience that connects students with professionals across a wide range of industries. Whether you’re hosting a panel, leading a hands-on activity, offering a site tour, or sharing a day in the life of, your involvement has the power to shape student perspectives and open new possibilities. Many Rutgers students are still discovering their direction, and your experience could be the one that helps them say, "I can see myself doing this."

Deadline to apply: Thursday, October 24, 2025

Please note: There will be a formal review and approval process for all employer submissions. You will receive notification on whether or not your organization has been approved to participate.
