Braven Mock Interview Program

Give back to today’s students in a meaningful way. Through a partnership with the nonprofit Braven, Rutgers University offers the Braven Career and Leadership Accelerator program, a semester-long course that equips sophomores and juniors from Rutgers University-Newark with the skills, confidence, and networks to launch strong careers or pursue graduate school.

A key part of the course is Mock Interviews, where students practice their interview skills with professionals like you. Alumni volunteers make an especially big impact—students value hearing directly from those who once walked the same campus halls.

Details:

• When: Afternoons and evenings in October.  

• Commitment: 2.5 hours (includes 30 minute training)

You’ll help students build confidence, practice sharing their stories, and gain real-world feedback that sets them up for success.
